 $8,112.00 includes construction of 208 square foot deck with stairs down both ends in entry. This includes 3 footings, beam, pressure treated joists, redwood decking prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, sanded, acid washed, stained on top in your choice of tint.  This includes materials and labor. 

$8,112.00+ actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
