$1825.00 includes removal of existing and new stairs off existing deck to ground level. Redwood treads, railing to match powder coated steel railing on rest of deck. This includes materials and labor.
Posts
$2431.00 includes installation of new railing posts with 6 x 6 rough sawn or 4 x 4 redwood sanded and stained. This includes tear out and labor and materials.
Bottom deck tear out and replacement
