Storage area deck
$4,714.02 includes installation of new deck behind house approximately 162 square feet with steel reinforced concrete footings, galvanized hardware, pressure treated framing, plywood decking This is subject to final design. Stairs
$3,308.67 includes 3 stairs along 6' section of deck (approx. 36 feet) to hot tub 3 steps down to grade bearing on concrete slab. Treads in redwood or trex enhance or select or similar. This estimate includes materials and labor and is pending final design.
Pergola
$4,717.80 includes installation of overhead pergola structure from retaining wall over deck and patio area approximate 10 x 17 feet. This estimate includes materials and labor and is pending final design.
Privacy screen
$3,419.40 includes installation of sheet metal and wood frame anchored to deck frame and footings to create privacy wall and to hide retaining wall. Rust finish with clear coat. This estimate includes labor and material and is pending final design.
Fence
$2,603.44 includes 30 feet cedar and pressure treated fence with gate at entrance to house. Fence prestained in translucent stain in your choice of color. This includes materials and labor.
Total job: $41,521.33 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable.
Maintenance on deck
$751.75 includes pressure wash to clean, furniture moving one way, acid wash, staining and wiping. This includes labor and materials. Recommended after 12, then every 18-36 months depending on deck's exposure.This is an optional service not included in the original contract.
We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.

Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
