Total new deck approximately 180 square feet. 

 $7380.00 includes footers/piers as needed, pressure 2 x 8 treated joist and frame spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of composite decking in trex enhance or similar in your choice of color with hidden fasteners. This includes labor and materials. 

Engineering, drafting, permitting $300-$500.00 depending on actual cost of permit and engineering. 

Total job: $7380.00 + engineering and permitting
