$7,598.42 Cable railing includes removal and disposal of existing railing on top and bottom decks (with the exception of the top rail), installation and painting of wood plugs to fill void left from lower railing, installation of new cable railing with turnbuckles tensioners and stainless eye screws into existing posts.. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $7,598.42 This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

This quote does not include sub surface issues such as sprinkler lines, electrical, gas lines, etc. that may be in the way when we try to dig our footings. We can general contract needed suppliers and provide quotes for services needed for anything that we run into while excavating for footings.
