$1063.13 includes pressure wash, acid wash,satin forming deck finish to match existing color. This includes materials and labor. 

Repaint timbers railing and posts and deck facing on both decks. 

$6316.87 includes wire brushing to remove peeling paint, pressure wash, solid stain to match existing color. This includes materials and labor. 

Total job $7,380.00 This includes labor and materials.

- $1063.13 for maintenance on upper deck = $6316.87 total job. 

Options: 

Restoration total $2976.75 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating, restaining with 2 coats in DEK satin finish. This does not include power generation if required. 

Installation of new composite decking $39215.00 includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new high end composite decking (Trex transcend tropical or similar) using hidden fasteners and square edge bull nose. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
