Sand and replace existing deck:  

 $1,743.32 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of 477 square feet existing deck and an oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking. This includes materials and labor. 

Extension of existing deck under roof. 

$6,065.60 includes 4 foot extension of deck next to the sliding glass door. pressure treated framing, redwood decking, GLB beam, concrete footings and piers. New Stairs to match existing. This includes materials and labor. 

Moving Existing electrical box: 

$TBD If decided on, relocating the existing electrical box out to accommodate new deck size. Price determined on electrician's fee.

Engineering estimated $500.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

Total job $7,808.92+ actual engineering and permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

10% off maintenance for each referral 

Future maintenance and re-staining  will run around $899.25 for your deck and should be completed in 12 months, then every 18-24 months following the initial maintence.
