New deck
$19,275.95 includes installation of new deck including engineered reinforced concrete footings or bearing on footing, treated beam and joists, galvanized hardware, installation of composite decking using Trex Select or Enhance or redwood. (add $3000-$3500 for high trex or tropical hardwood). This includes materials and labor. This assumes a deck extending out from house 16' and extending from perpendicular wall near door at south end to edge of garage on north end, approximately 688 feet.
Pergola
$6,877.64 includes design and installation of steel and timber frame pergola, retractable awning with stainless hardware. This is a rough price depending on design.
Fireplace
$8,890.00 includes installation of fireplace with dry stack stone work with top ledge. This is based on 18" tall x 6' x 2' fireplace. Includes gas line installation, burner, lava or glass beads, striker. Subject to change based on design.
Bench
$1,971.76 includes installation of approximately 10 x 10 corner bench with composite or hardwood surface and pressure treated framing built on to framing of deck. This includes materials and labor.
Total job: $37,015.35 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable.
We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed.
2.75% charge for credit card (in person)

Installation process:
Composite includes installation of composite decking using universal hidden fasteners, control joints for expansion and contraction at butt seams, alternating seam pattern, square edge border piece around outer edge of decking top fastened with trim head composite screws.
Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface.
Hardwood decking installation using #8 trim head stainless steel screws, prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. We can also do plugs or hidden fasteners for an additional price.
