Staining of pergola
$650.00 includes pressure wash to clean and remove oxidized wood, staining to match existing tint or slightly darker in semi-transparent stain. This includes materials and labor. 

Deck maintenance:
$286.00 includes light orbital buff in oxidized areas, acid and pressure wash entire deck, stain with wipe. This includes labor and materials. 

Total: $1523.95 includes all labor and material. 

 We require 50% deposit to start work.
