Repairs

$3,560.08 includes replace 3 of  8" horizontal coped logs, 10-12 3" vertical balusters, 2 GLB treads, reattach stringer to beam, attach main beams to support column with custom engineered steel bracket. This includes materials and labor.

Restoration

$2,147.66 includes mechanical sanding to remove all of existing stain and oxidized wood, countersinking screws, tightening boards, acid wash, pressure wash, stain with translucent in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. Redwood board replacement additional $8.00 per linear foot (not included).

Stain underside of deck

$1,694.04 includes pressure wash, stain sample, spray and backbrush stain on joists and underside of decking. This includes materials and labor.

Total job:  $6,956.39

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
