$27.50 per square foot= $13,612.50 includes, footers as needed, pressure treated joist and frame spaced 16" galvanized hardware and other materials needed for structure of deck, installation of redwood 2 x 6 sanded and acid washed, translucent staining in your choice of tint. Painting underside to match existing upper deck. This includes labor and materials.  

Railing extension 

62' new railing @ $65.00 per foot = $4030.00 includes installation of  redwood railing match existing construction and paint color. This includes materials and labor. 

Stairs 

$3650.00 includes installation of stairs to lower level including joists, pad, redwood treads and railing painted to match existing. 

Paint underside of existing deck 

$550.00 includes scraping and solid staining of underside of existing upper deck. This includes materials and labor. 

$500.00 includes drafting and permit fee. Does not include engineering ($3-500), and permit fee charged by county (1.5%). This includes materials and labor. 

Total job: $22342.50 This includes labor and material. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
