Deck sanding

147 square feet @ $3.85 per square foot is $565.95. This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, minor sub-structural work, installation of composite decking in your choice of color using hidden fasteners and bull nose with top fastener in matching color on outer deck board and stair treads. 

Railing

55 feet existing railing @ $105.00 per foot is $5775.00 includes removal of existing posts and railing, installation of new rough sawn rail frame re using existing balusters.  This includes materials and labor.

12 feet new railing  @ $115.00 per foot is $1380.00 includes removal of existing posts and railing, installation of new rough sawn rail frame re using existing balusters.  This includes materials and labor.

Total job: $10540.95

Maintenance on deck $392.20 after 12 months then every 18-24 months. 

We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
