Side deck 

New redwood requiring sanding of entire deck to blend: 

$2.65 per square foot = $585.655 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, and oxalic acid brighten. Stain in your tint of choice, brushed on. This includes
all materials and labor.

Main deck 

$1.25 per square foot = $464.69 includes pressure wash to clean, acid wash, stain and wipe in matching stain. This includes labor and materials. 

Total job. $1050.34 (guidelines we use in determining this cost).

20% off maintenance = $592.00 both decks with acceptance of 3 maintenance applications every 18-2 months. 

We require 20% deposit within 2 weeks of starting to order materials.
