$4,061.74 includes removal and disposal of existing (8) rotted coped logs, installation of new logs coped and stained to match existing. This includes materials and labor.

Powder coated steel post caps

$1,595.00 includes fabrication and installation of round steel post caps powder coated in black. This includes materials and labor.

Total job:  $5,656.74 + actual engineering and permit cost if applicable. 

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions

10% off maintenance for each referral
