Restoration of existing  Deck

$4,510.80 includes mechanical sanding of 1074 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to desired color. This includes materials and labor. 

Staining of Railing

$2,720.00 This includes restoration of 100 linear feet buffed and stained on top surface as well as outer deck facing of your choice of color. This includes materials and labor. 

Staining of Hardwood Furniture

 $1,190.00  includes light mechanical sanding of 12 square feet of existing wood to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, re-stain in translucent teak oil. This includes materials and labor. 

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

$8,420.80+ actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed. 

10% off maintenance for each referral 

Your maintenance will be $1719.70  and we recommend you do this at 12 months after initial sanding and refinishing, then ever 18 months after that.
