$510.00 includes mechanical sanding of 125 square feet of existing wood to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, and paint to specific color to match existing or custom color. This includes materials and labor.
Bench and Painting Undersides of Post
$510.00 includes mechanical sanding of 18 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking on the main deck . As well as removal of existing painting on existing posts and painting undersides of posts to protect from elements. This includes materials and labor.
*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost.
$4,146.42 + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials.
We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
10% off maintenance for each referral
Your maintenance will be $1,407.95 and we recommend you do this at 12 months after initial sanding and refinishing, then ever 18 months after that.
