Installation of New Deck Adjacent to Bedroom

$_____ This includes installation of  155 square feet new redwood decking stained on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking using decking screws countersunk, buffed and stained on top surface in translucent deck stain of your choice. Installation of new footings and beam across main deck and stairs, replacement of joists as needed on rear deck. This includes materials and labor. 

Restoration of Existing Decks

$_____  includes mechanical sanding of 589 square feet of existing deck to remove all of existing coating and oxidized wood, acid wash, countersink screws, stain in translucent to match new decking on the main deck . This includes materials and labor. 

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

$_______ + actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
