Remodeling of Existing Deck (Trex Transcend Tropical)

$18,708.20 This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new 581  square feet of Trex Transcend Tropical decking with hidden fasteners on existing, framing of up to 12 joists. This includes materials and labor.  

Remodel of Existing Deck (redwood) 

$12,201.00  This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of new 581 square feet of new Redwood decking prestained on 5 sides prior to installation with coated decking screws, acid wash, buff sand, stain on deck in your choice of tint. This includes materials and labor. 

*Engineering and permitting estimated $500.00 + $200.00 based on actual engineering cost. 

$TBD on choice+ actual engineering and permitting cost. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional 25% after framing or decking and before completion commensurate with work completed.
