$10,131.41  This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, and installation of 413 square feet of new mid range composite using hidden fasteners.  This includes materials and labor. 

Replacement of Concrete Footings : 

$4,375.00 This includes removing existing footings and installation of 5 new concrete footings. This includes materials and labor. 

New Stair to grade : 

$1,540.00 includes one new 12'x11" stair off  new composite back deck to grade.   This includes materials and labor. 

Replacement of Front Stairs :

$1,120.00 includes removing existing decking, and installation of 50 square feet of new mid range composite using hidden fasteners.  This includes materials and labor.  

Total job $17,166.41 This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% required to schedule prior to starting. 

 50% deposit 2 weeks prior to starting.  

Remaining balance due upon completion of project. 

10% off maintenance for each referral.
