$6,476.75 Includes lifting pergola to install new decking, installation of new redwood decking prestained on 5 sides prior to installation, buff sanded acid wash and translucent staining included. This includes materials and labor.

Tear out

$1,004.00 includes removal and disposal of existing composite decking.

Installation process:

Redwood decking installation includes using a perpendicular border piece to conceal all end grains, pre-stain on 5 sides prior to installation, installation of decking with pilot holes on all board ends and buff sand, acid wash and pressure wash prior to final staining top deck surface. 

Total job:  $7,480.75

We require 25% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 25% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion. We may request an additional payment of 25% of remaining total before finish commensurate with work performed. 

2.75% charge for credit card (in person) 

3.5% charge for over the phone credit card transactions
