Deck restoration:

Approximately 929.5 square feet  2 x 6 decking to be sanded and stained.  $3.65 per square foot = $3,392.68 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on. 

Railing

6 Railing panels replaced $4,110.00 includes replacing the six railing panels with rotten receivers and balusters with new panels, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint to match existing railings, brushed on.  

Stairs

$525 includes 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on.

Under spray entire deck. $1,860 To scrape, pressure wash and treat underside of deck, spray and solid stain with an adhesion. This will treat and even out the underside of the deck.   

Total job: $9,887.68  

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin permitting process.
