430 square feet  of decking = $1000.00 includes countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain of in your tint of choice, brushed on. This includes all materials and labor.

Additional redwood deck board replacement at $6.00 per foot. 

Fence

$6300.00 includes installation of cedar fence 6 feet total fence height running perpendicular to house and black chain link fence across the the top. Staining cedar pickets. This includes labor and materials. 

Total job $7300.00

We require 50% deposit within 2 weeks of start, remainder on completion.
