Stairs 

$3658.00 includes new stairs to lower level with railing in redwood to match existing. 

$850.00 includes pressure washing and painting the underside of the deck including joists and deck boards. 

Total job:  $7505.00 includes labor and materials. 

Bid is subject to revision based on final design. Design consultation, draft to scale, and illustration included also. 

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work.
