Stair Restoration: 

$2,165.00  includes repairing lower staircase, countersinking or replacing screws at surface level and above, tightening loose boards, mechanical sanding to remove oxidized wood and existing top coat, 1300 psi pressurized rinse, stain in your tint of choice, brushed on.

Total job: $6,029.83 This includes all labor and materials.

 We require 50% deposit to schedule work and begin drafting process.
