Total decking back deck to be installed approximately 441 square feet. 

Restoration

$3.50 per square foot = $1543.50. This includes countersinking or replacing existing screws below deck surface, mechanical sanding to remove all of existing coating and weathered wood on top surface of each deck board, buff sand, acid wash, pressure wash, translucent stain in your choice of tint brushed on. This includes labor and materials. 

Redwood

$11.50 per square foot = $5071.00 includes tear out and disposal of existing redwood 2 x 6 deck boards, coated decking screws, top fasteners, stain and stain prep materials, pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck.

Composite

$13.50 per square foot = $6953.00 includes composite decking material installed with hidden fasteners, pressure treated lumber, galvanized hardware, concrete, and other materials needed for structure of deck. Add $5.00 per square foot for trex transcends or similar. 

Repair 

Approximately $1750.00 includes moving hot tub, removal of deck boards in affected area, jacking and reinforcing of beam. This does not include new joists or additional structural work and could change based on actual condition of structure. 

Deck re-framing, hot tub pad

$1700.00 includes removal of deck boards in hot tub area, re-framing substructure, minor grading, installation of concrete pad, hot tub, re-installation of decking. Does not include any electrical or plumbing associated with hot tub. 

Bench 

$1215.00 includes installation of 10',  18" wide redwood bench with back support. This includes materials and labor. 

Lattice around skirt of deck 

$350.00 includes installation of frame and lattice around outer edge of deck. This includes materials and labor. 

Stairs 

$1440.00 includes removal of railing, Installation of 12' staircase along outer edge of deck with concrete supports. 

20 feet of railing 

$320.00 repaint existing 

$1700.00 new powder coated steel railing with vertical balusters in black. 

$1200.00 includes new railing with 2 x 2 wood balusters, 2 x 6 cap and 2 x 4 frame, stained. 

$2200.00 stainless steel cable railing including horizontal top cap.

We require full materials payment to schedule work or within 2 weeks of starting job.  We also require 50% of labor when starting job.
