593 square feet @ $25.73 per square foot = $12,734.40. This includes removal and disposal of existing decking, installation of trex enhance or similar grade decking using hidden fasteners and solid with top screws on outer edge. This includes materials and labor. 

Redwood option (not included in total):

$13.73 per square foot = $8145.80 includes tear out, new redwood deck stained on 5 sides prior to installation then buffed, acid washed and stained on top. This includes materials and labor. 

Railing

$65.70 per foot = $6,109.80 includes removal and disposal of existing railing, sanding and re painting of 4 x 4 posts, installation of bronze metal railing panel with collar bracket.   This includes materials and labor. 

Extension

$3,460.14  includes removal of existing outer rim joist and facing on 15 feet of deck perimeter. Sister 2 x 10 joists back to house every 16", new rim joist, facing, trex enhance composite, decking, 5' extra railing. This includes materials and labor. 

Solid stain

$404.26 includes solid staining outer deck facing and support posts to ground level. This includes labor and materials. 

Permit, engineering, estimated $650.00, based on actual  cost. 

Total job $25,255.85 + actual permitting cost. This is subject to final design and engineering. This includes labor and materials. 

We require 20% deposit to schedule and begin design/engineering process, 30% within 2 weeks of start remainder on completion.
